Mark Cummins President	Mark Cummins has nearly 20 years of experience in the land acquisition, land development, and building business. After years of wearing the many hats of a builder and developer and seeing the market change by the influx of national developers, he recognized the need for focused advocacy for the local and regional “home-town” builder community. Mark has worked with numerous land owners, municipalities, state agencies, consultants, and contractors to design and develop properties throughout Central Pennsylvania.
